February 11th (regularly scheduled meeting - 2nd Monday of the month)

7:45 Continuation of Open Space Development major subdivision application for Gene Mitchell on Sawmill Road. The Board has accepted the application.
February 25th (regularly scheduled meeting - 4th Monday of the month)

It does not appear that I will have the wetlands permit for Smith by the first meeting in January. If possible I would like to table that application until I receive the wetlands permit so that we will have all the conditions addressed. I am actually not expecting an approval on this permit until February due to the holiday schedule and discussions with the state. Please let me know if you still want me to attend the January 14th Planning Board Meeting.
